Important information

Policies

I want every appointment to feel relaxed, comfortable and personal. These policies help make sure that your treatment can be provided safely and that appointment times are respected for everyone.

Consultation

Before your first treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation and health questionnaire. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information about your health, medical history and any medication you are taking. This information helps me determine whether treatment is suitable for you and allows your treatment to be tailored to your individual needs.

Appointments & cancellations

A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment balance on the day.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Cancellations or requests to rearrange an appointment made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the £20 deposit being forfeited.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, the full treatment fee may be charged. Future appointments may also require full payment in advance.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you can enjoy the full treatment time booked for you. If you are running late, please let Bec know as soon as possible.

Where possible, your treatment will still go ahead. However, a late arrival may mean that your treatment time needs to be shortened so that the next appointment can start on time. In some circumstances, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Before your treatment

To help you feel comfortable and get the most from your treatment, please arrive well hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before your appointment.

Please avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your treatment. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and where possible, please avoid applying body oils or lotions to the areas being treated.

Your health & wellbeing

Your safety and wellbeing will always come first. If you are feeling unwell, have developed a new medical condition, started new medication, or experienced any significant change in your health before your appointment, please contact me before attending.

If there is any uncertainty about whether treatment is appropriate, we can discuss this before your appointment and, where necessary, arrange to postpone your treatment until it is safe and suitable to proceed.
